1. Scope of application

a) When you register for an account, you provide personal registration information (including your phone number) as required by our system.

b) Information on your browser and computer that we automatically receive and record when you use our web services or visit our platform web pages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics information and web page records.

c) Personal data obtained from business partners through lawful means.

d) Location information: When you use the location services provided by Smart S port, we need to collect and process your location information.

e) Device permission collection instructions:

1. Storage permissions (read/write storage) : In order to store the necessary application profiles and the content you choose to download or update, reports, or read the content you need to upload or sync, we need to invoke your storage permissions.

2. Camera permissions: When you use the function of taking photos or scanning, we need to invoke your camera permissions.

3. Album permissions: When you use the function of changing your avatar, filling in feedback, etc., we need to call your album to obtain picture permissions.

You acknowledge and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:

a) Keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by our platform;

b) Information and data collected by our system from you on our platform, including but not limited to participation activities, transaction information, evaluation details, etc.;

c) violations of laws or system rules and the actions our system has taken against you.

2. Use of information

a) We will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless we have your prior permission, or the third party and our system (including our affiliates) jointly provide services to you, and after the end of the service, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information that they were previously entitled to access.

4. How to access and manage your information, information security

(1) Information security

a) Smart S port accounts have security protection functions, please keep your user name and password properly. Smart S port will encrypt the user password and other measures to ensure that your information is not lost, not abused, not altered. Despite these security measures, please note that there is no such thing as "perfect security" on information networks.

b) When using our online services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and provide it only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your username and password, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

(2) How do I access and manage your information

a) We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access your registration information.

You can view your avatar, nickname and other information through "My Profile", click "Settings" to modify your nickname.

b) Delete the account

You can delete an account through "My Account" -> "Account" -> "Delete Account", enter your login password to delete the operation. After the account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize the personal information we have collected.

5. Miscellaneous

(1) The signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

(2) Any dispute in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, a lawsuit shall be filed with the court with jurisdiction in the place where the company is located.
